bullet points to greatly mitigate the risk:
·Smoking alarms should be installed on every floor, both inside and outside sleeping areas
·Smoke alarms should be tested monthly, if it doesn’t work, don’t sit on the problem, change the batteries ASAP!
·Agree a fire escape plan with your family or whoever you share your home with
·If a fire does happen get out, call for help, and never under any circumstances go back inside
